How to use OPSCOM

Reference for everything OPSCOM does — sign-ups, op planning, going live, loadouts, Discord posting, account linking. Pick the tab for your role.

Signing in

OPSCOM uses Discord OAuth — sign in once with your Discord account and your username, avatar, and clan tag are pulled in automatically. You don't register a separate account.

Signing up for an op

1

Open the op

From the dashboard, pick a live op. The header shows log-in time, mission start, and minimum players. The Briefing tab has the GM's sections (objectives, intel, ROE, etc.).

2

Choose your status

Hit SIGN UP (CONFIRMED) if you'll be there, or SIGN UP (TENTATIVE) if you might be. Withdraw anytime with the red button.

3

Reminders

Confirmed signups get DM reminders before log-in (24h / 1h / 15m by default). Make sure your Discord allows DMs from server members or you won't receive them.

TipYou can also sign up directly from the Discord embed — the buttons on the op post in #ops-announcements work the same.

Linking your in-game account

1

Why link?

Linking ties your Discord account to your in-game UID. This lets the squad builder show you in-game, lets you apply loadout presets to yourself with one click, and surfaces your role assignment on the op page.

2

Generate a code

Open Link Game in the navbar. Click Generate Link Code — a short code appears, valid for 10 minutes.

3

Type !link in-game

Join an Arma Reforger server running OPSCOMLink. In global chat, type !link <code>. The page auto-detects the link and switches to the linked view — no reload needed.

TipYour linked status is private — it doesn't appear on the public roster or your profile.

Applying loadouts

Once linked and signed up for a live op, the op detail page shows loadout presets the GM has captured. Hit APPLY on any preset — your in-game character receives that loadout immediately. Loadouts only apply during a live op, and only to your own character.

Your profile

Click your name in the navbar to edit your bio, preferred role, experience, and clan/guild. Your public profile (visible to others on the roster) shows op stats, role ranks, top squadmates, and any achievements you've unlocked.
